When an application backup is performed the FactoryTalk View application files, the user accounts runtime access rights and the FactoryTalk directory are compiled into the APA backup file. The FactoryTalk View application also holds the runtime security rights for the referenced users/groups. It simply contains a list of references to the FactoryTalk directory users/groups. The FactoryTalk View application does not actually contain users or groups.
